 If you get shaped at 1GB that's where your problem lays... Have you checked what plan you are on and what your monthly allowance is...It definitely sounds like an ISP issue, especially since you can connect one minute and not the next... My advice search out a new ISP....

| Ghost in the machine....what movie is that in?? You'd like to think its the ISP wouldnt you. Im pretty sure im on the highest package of unlimited downloads. Will have to check. Meanwhile i was looking at Jimbo-Ice threads ( all 7 pages of it ), and saw your post on there, something about ticking or unticking UPnP Framework in the exceptions in Xp firewall. I checked mine and it was unticked, so i ticked it, shut down LW, ran it and the peers connected straight away with 5 green bars and still the brick wall and...i'll just check........yep downloading at 57Kb/s. |

| Wow excellent, that may just well be what his problem is, only thing is he didn't have that option...I wonder how you would create that ?? Good to know your's is figured out...There can be so many factors to these connection issues...
