Another Connection Problem
> Opened and tested ports, they are fine
> Xp firewall off, router firewall off > Sticks on "Connecting to network" > Had same problem with Shareaza and was advised to download v2.2.4.0 and it worked fine... Is there a specific limewire version you can recommend if its the way a specific version connects that is the problem? Thanks, Lee Bacon!

Different versions behave differently on different systems...sorry but there's no one version that's guaranteed to work for everyone. Sometimes even, certain clients work for people while others just don't.
What are your details, just to give us a better idea of your setup? System details - help us to help you
