I'm having the same problem, connected fine to Limewire last week with full bars (brick firewall on though)!!. But now i have only one bar and can't search anything.

I have XP, using a belkin router which i have checked it NAT enabled, and Upnp enabled. Firewall from Mcaffees is allowing Limewire full access..

Also have deleted, Limewire preference file in doc and settings, disabled auto start up, but yet still I have had joy!!!

Anyone have any other ideas

What we need to do is open a port through that Nat firewall as that is what is what is stopping you connecting....
Does the router have a number like any of these at all....
