Exclamation Please help!!...

OK - First of all... Hello Everybody!!

I have LimeWire Pro and I am having issues connecting thru my home Broadband (supplier: PlusNet).

On reading your 'Stickies' it informs me that PlusNet block ports and to try the test: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/

I have tried this and I get a page that reads: "Your test worked!"

I am very unsure what that really means because everytime I open LW in the bottom left hand corner I get the "connection strength thingy" (thats the technical term!!) and beneath it it states "Starting Connection" however on the titlebar at the top of the screen it reads: "Enabling Open Information Sharing"

LW will sit like this for hours - so I left it to it! I returned from work today (around 4 hours later) for my lunch and the connection had gone to full and was BLUE!!! Hooray I thought so I started 'sharing' 20 mins later - back to square one!! This keeps happening and I am getting rather annoyed.

Please help me!!!

.. ok a little about my setup...

WIN XP PRO (Firewall turned off)
PLUSNET internet through a DG834GT Netgear Wireless G ADSL Modem Router and the signal is STRONG
2GB RAM
2 x 80GB HDD
Pentium 4 Proscessor
All Anti Virus Switched off.

I feel like I am especially after I have PAID for pro...

Please, Please, Please help me...

Many thanks,

Foggy
