 Don't run 2 software firewalls together. You won't be more protected...the firewalls will interfere with each other  Turn off the Windows firewall & just make sure the PC-cillin one's configured. There could be an internal firewall within your router. Read the sticky below for lots of connection/firewall info. Connection problems? Check here first!
