Default Firewall still up!? i tried evertthing HELP

i've been searching everywhere for a way to get my firewall down for limewire.
1. Windows Service Pack 1a
2. Toshiba
3. No pop up blocker
4. people say place it under exceptions, i cant
5. i'm not going to download anything from any link you give me
6. i'm not cool about posting my ip adress over the net
7. i probably already tried your solution
8. i just want to download ****, but the brick wall never comes down
9. only one little bar is green
10. is it the ports?

first all this isnt about attitudes, i'm not from ohio i just live there. but in response to what i wrote. why do i have to download something to get my firewall down? its configurating that i cant do. i'm just fed up with people like you wasting your time with things i've tried already. whats so complicated and rude about getting to the point
