You could try turning your firewall off just long enough to start LW and see if it connects. Then turn your firewall back on. That would help rule in/out your firewall. I don't use the xp firewall so I'm not sure about it, but if your not confident about your router settings I can post some screen shots of how I have mine. Oliasys Hi. I think its your isp Roadrunner, Ive had a few Roadrunner uses with a simila sounding problem, Phone them, ask if there shaping P2P trafic, if they say No, ask for that in writing. they will come clean then. Also Vista,L/W & Mcfee working together have ishoos, but can be overcome Im not up on Vista, so look in the L/W Vista forum, or type Vista/McFee in search. that will bring up other posts dealing with that subject.
