Hstorer.Hi.
Windstream may only block some P2P defult ports, try using ports in the range of 50000 to 65000, if the first one dont work, try another Make sure port No's in L/W are both the same manual port & Lisnning Port Or try D/L out of peak times, it may then connect. Peace.
