 Nothing seems to work I can't tell you how many times I have deleted preferences from the User's library/preferences and from the system's library/preferences and I've downloaded the 10.3.6 Combo update and I've repaired or rebuilt permissions ... and it still does the same damn thing. On launch, it gets as far as showing me the dialog about tips and it crashes. I'm writing this in response to the LimeWire support person who asked for feedback ... the thing that makes me hopping mad is how I've paid for the Pro version twice and while I wait months and months for you to not just fix it but even ANSWER your email, the 6-month period has elapsed and I can't even use the software I paid for. It is a despicable way of doing business.  |
