 DavidGene: Just to double-check your firewalls including XP see here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml Update to the latest Java: Java 1.5 (take the JRE) b/c LW is designed with Java, & runs on Java. If you're still having problems can you please tell us about your connection setup. What modem & router brand name & model no.'s? You said you dwnlded LW 3.6.15, but why that version? LW 4.2.2 was released a couple days ago & LW 4.0 has been around for 6 months. By the way, the 1st post on page 1 was the most important. This thread is going to be edited/replaced with an updated version soon.  |
