 call me stupid...... ..... but i have just read through the whole of this post and am confused i have lw 4.10.5 on a xp sp/2 and my limewire will not startup i have tried deleting the preferences file it made no difference i have downloaded and extracted the purger file but windows does not know what program i need to run it i seect find on web and that just confused me even more, I NEED AN IDIOT'S GUIDE as i can't fathom it or next time i wont pay for the pro version as both times i have done that the system goes down and last time it was two months before i got a reasonable connection now i am back to square one no connection and very confused, somebody must have an easy guide for us idiots.   |
