 hi... When i FIRST installed LimeWire i was able to download music, but now when i try to connect it fails ALL the time. I have made "exception" on windows Firewall but i'm still having problems with the connection. Please could you help?! I am very new to this file sharing business (so i'm clueless!)  Your help and advice would be much appreciated! Many regards Zahura  |

| Im done with it. I have used Limewire for years now and I had problems with it when I first got my XP! I soon figured out it was a Zonelarm problem and fixed that. Sadly now I have Vista I am having problems again .... I have tried all the suggestions here and I know for a fact its not my firewalls, antivirus progs causing it. I can't be bothered going thru this grief every time I get a new OS. So until Limewire consider getting their act together I am going to be using Ares. It connects first time everytime and is way faster.  Sorry Limewire but I have moved on. |
