I run WinXP Pro and have (like many many others) tried all the "fixes" suggested in this thread, but none have worked. As suggested in the above note, I tried to download bearshare just to prove that it's not a problem with my ISP or my computer -- and it works LIKE A CHARM. How unfortunate that we must jump ship (especially after having already paid Limewire which has a no refund policy) and now we must resort to paying for a service that actually works  |
