 Maybe you should try changing your port and listen numbers to 64049, you will have to change the number you have forwarded in your router as well though.... I know Comcast shape and throttle p2p so that may explain that at certain times you cant connect upstairs either... Have you also looked at this thread about fake files.... Fake files in search results
