 windows XP, dial-up modem, aol, firewall for windows is off and limewire is an exception. this is not my first time to use LW, it is the first time i have repeatedly been unable to connect due to this problem, though. i do not understand "loopback", i am using a pc from home, i am using the latest version of LW and java.yes, i need to be spoon fed my advice. technical difficulties with computers is not my forte', thank you.  |
