That don't sound right man,Have you rang Citizens Advice, You have statutory rights that they have to abide by. Pipex may give you crap, hoping you will shut up, STAND UP FOR YOURSELF Make sure of your rights. I believe a contract cant start till you have the product. Hey good luck man Peace.
