Default Firewall Issues

I have been trying to connect to LW for the past few weeks. It says I am behind a firewall;however, i have no idea what firewall i'm behind. I don't have norton or zone alarm, or mcafee, or anything liek that installed and my windows firewall isn't on b/c it says i already have one. If anyone could please help me figure out how i find out which firewall i'm behind that would be great.

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Windows Firewall is disabled, don't know how to find out what my other firewall is?
3. How much ram? WHere do i find this out?
4. Hard Disk space available? where do i find this out?
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) LAN
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? SB4100 Cable Modem and Linksys wired router
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? House
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. 4.12.11 and 1.5.0_09
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? Comcast???
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Your test worked!!
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. No
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. It started a while back after i had been using an older version of limewire, so i updated and the problem was solved for about a day or two and for the past two weeks i can't connect.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes, i just need to know how i find what firewalla i'm behind, its not windows and i dont' have any other special software downloaded.

Yep that's right...Here are your instructions to Port Forward... This will open a port in your router to let Limewire through...

Port Forwarding for the Linksys BEFSR41

Did you set up the static IP part correctly ??
Did you place the port number you opened into the manual port forward box and the listening port box in limewire ( they both have to be the same number you chose in the port forward instructions) ??

What security do you have on your computer ??
