 Ok....Well your modem doesn't have a firewall and I know Bigpond don't shape and you have configured Norton's firewall...So will you try this fix as you haven't had to Port Forward so that means you are using UPnP... Let me know if this works...  http://www.gnutellaforums.com/268764-post1196.html
