I actually thought that the advice was from Limewire staff/support. Even though I am clearly wrong there is no need to call someone a B!TCH! Out of order!
Obviously I am grateful for all help that is given by people who are volunteering their services.

I would take my time and read the posts if I could read. I am visually impaired. I am doing all this with Limewire and I can't see!
Which makes it all the harder.
Sp please understand that with my lack of vision I am really really struggling to sort this out.

Susie, perehaps you havn't configured your Limewire correctly,if you look on the forum for setting up Limewire,and the stickies for optimum performance,you would then know if all is set right,whether it is an ISP problem or a setup problem. Go through each step logically following instructions, then when you are happy Limewire is set up properly, it SHOULD work. If it doesn't, then it's your ISP . Is there a brick wall in front of the globe on LWire?
We will all try and sort this out for you, DONT PANIC.
