 Generally Norton & XP firewall clash with each other. Choose one or the other & disable the other one. It is known that running both Norton & XP firewalls results in LESS security, not more. All firewall companies will tell you to only run one at a time. Windows also used to have a page that explained this but they decided to remove that page from their website.  |
