You may want to try another p2p program (Phex, etc.)
I think (not sure) that some people only have trouble with Limewire for some reason. Good Luck  Dan

Some ISP's do only target LimeWire because it is the most popular one.
But Phex is also very good. Has some things I wish were existent in LW for that matter. So give it a try out & see how you go. It's free btw. The link for it is in my earlier post. Edit: Here it is again -> Phex - Home
