For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? yes | Firstly Tiscali are your downfall as they shape p2p connection at peak times of the day, this can range anywhere from 5pm to 12pm and there have been reports of even longer hours than that...
If you cannot connect at all outside of these time's could you supply your modem/router information, to find this have a look at the box that connects you to the internet and turn it upside down, the make and model number will be there...
Also I will need to know what version of limewire and Java you are using...
