connecting problem Been using Limewire for over a year now and purchased "Pro" when my old software stopped connecting. Thought that would do the trick, but now the new Pro isn't connecting either. I have no firewalls or routers and it isnt a port problem. I get 5 red bricks and the statement "starting connection" next to it. Thats where it just dies. Its not my service provider cause I can do downloads elsewhere (I downloaded Pro). The tools & advance options dont help either. I am so confused! Please help. Dovebars |

Just want to thank you guys out there for getting me back up and running. "Blame The Beach" and "ContraBand" really did the trick. I did everything they suggested and it all worked. Not certain if it turned out to be the Prefs or the .limewire files. . . . but I am back! Thanks guys! |
