Hello hopefully someone can help me.My problem is this,When i try to connect to limewire i keep getting this message:
Limewire is currently connecting to the network,your search may not return many results untill you are fully connected.I wait and wait and it never connects.
Now i am not real computer savvy,but I will answer the questions as best i can.
New computer so i'm sure i have the latest version of windows.
Firewalls:I have Mcafee,and possibly one from windows(not sure)
Ram: no idea
Disc space: im sure alot,since i dont have much on here yet
Connection: cable
Modem Router: dont know
Connecting from:Home
Limewire Pro.....Java:dont know
ISP: dont know
Test: said it worked
Sharing: no only computer
Yes first try at limewire
Brickwall: yes the brickwall is present
I tried some of the things at FAQ, firewall things in specific but just cant figure it out.Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Who do you pay for your internet (which company)?

What boxes plug into your computer so that you can connect to the net? Have a look on top & underneath, tell us brand & model number.

What type of Windows do you have? Is it XP or Vista (what shows up on the screen when you turn your computer on)?
