 Hi and Thanks for the encouragement. I have finally managed to find time to try again and have reset things using the port number 64049 but still cannot get connected. I attach screen shots showing my Limewire settings, my Router settings, my Java version and my TCP/IP settings. The one thing I am not sure of is the setting for Server IP Address in my Router settings. Have I got this wrong?? BTW, in case it is a Firewall issue I tried with XP Firewall turned off, and still no luck. What port should be named in XP Firewall for the Exception? 64049 or something different?
