You have a firewall issue there. You should not run both firewalls at once. Choose either XP or PC-cillin as 2 software firewalls will clash with side-effects & result in less security not more. Try that for a start by turning one off.

Also, try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

If that doesn't fix things, then go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewalls & change ports to a higher one between 49152 - 6553, such as 64049. Sometimes some routers will not allow the same port to be used by a different user in same session (unless computer rebooted between users.) So changing the port used by your LW should fix this. Ooh if you change the port, then be sure to replicate the port change in any firewall settings including both software firewall & router if required by the device.
