 Tiscali Scum!!! Thank you Birdy for the prompt reply with some quality info. After some deeper rummaging through the forum, have noticed that there seems to be a bit of a common problem with TISCALI.  Have had issues with them in the past and have been thinking of moving to a 'RELIABLE' ISP for a while. Does anyone recomend a good ISP who does not have a 'PEAK' time in which they prevent P2P between 6pm - midnight, at a good price? (Is asking such a question abuse of a forum?) Thank you anybody who gives me their time to reply.   |
