Default Mp3 not connecting to pc.

I want to add music for my sister to her mp3 player. But my pc doesn't pick it up.

The cable is fine, when I play in a 2.5" HD it detects it.

Funny thing is when I plug in the mp3 player, I hear the noise when the pc detects something, put nothing pops up.

Try this...
Firstly plug in your mp3 player....

Go to your shared folder outside of limewire, to find this folder you need to select a file from your LW library and hit explore....

Now you should have a window that contains all your downloaded files...
(you can close LW down now if you want)

Right click on one of your mp3s

select send to

select the drive that your mp3 player is pluged in to (ie mine is E drive)

Hiya, kiepie...

Another thing... sorry to say this but it is that old nasty 'patience' thing !

I have seen on many many PCs the need to wait really ridiculous amounts of time for either the mp3 player to be 'recognized' or for file transfers to actually complete... I mean really crazy amounts of time !

So, before buying, smashing, 'fixing' and/or cursing anything, have a cup of tea or whatever works better and WAIT a bit... I know it sounds like pap but... Well, PCs today are mostly nuts anyway and totally inconsistent !
