can not connect: aid and assist please
hello, i was able to download songs since last week on both my laptop and home computer through limewire pro. Well, hell, i cant do nothing now. i have been trying to follow some of the suggestion on this site but still can not connect... i removed the .limewire from the hidden folder, i downloaded a new version of java, i do have norton antivirus= 2006 but could not locate an exception thingy, i did keep the norton on, but took the windows firewall off, and tada....nothing still cant download a "d" thing, please help and break down the instructions as though i were 5...thanks so much

Your the second person that has said that their limewire has suddenly started working..(I told the other person It's 'cause I'm gifted..
 )I think it may have something to do with the Ultrapeers that you are connecting to when you first start limewire up...Glad your up and running again...
