Help Me Please (firewall detected)

I have read all the helps and it did not really help. I am running off of windows xp, at home, I have norton antivirus protection and netzero is my provider. I can not connect to lime wire, it says I have a fire wall up but i can not find it. My windows is turned off and it says lime wire is a exception. I can not find one on my norton, I also could not find one on netzero, I don't even know what all I have that might have fire walls in them. I did not have anything else on your list. Could some one please tell me what to do or where should I look for other firewalls or if any of the things I have listed above even have fire walls, Thank you for your time.

Wynona, It could in your Router/Modem. Could you post back with the make and model # usually found on the bottom of the equipment. They sometimes have firewalls that need to be configured. Hope this helps.
