I have no clue how to fix my problem (won't connect after upgrade to Pro)
Hi
I have been using LW basic for nearly one year, problem free, two days ago i up grade to pro and guess what? it doesn't want to connect. I have a wall in front of my world, so i read your support threads but guess what i have basic skill in using my lap top , so far i did the test and it came back with working, i added LW in my firewall, my norton pro doesn't allow me do anything with firewall (i hate norton) so when i read your help i get lost, what the hell is unpnp? or any of the other stuff. Did i make a mistake by up grading, is pro only for people who knows how to use a computer, reading your forums i see many people suffer too. Is my best option to give up and use basic??????

Pro customers pay to get Limewire's support...I would contact them and ask them why this has happened to you...
