It says its trying to connect to the server or w/e but no luck and the brick wall is in front of the globe but I turned off my firewall and I even added the ports both UDP and TCUP or w/e it is just in case. Dell Inspiron 2650 Windows XP SP2- just rebooted my computer and installed everything from scratch 128MB Ram 15 GB of free space Connected through LAN wire on laptop through Cable Modem I am an experienced user, it works fine on my desktop but not on my laptop! I am trying to connect from home but I am gonna be goin to college in a few days and I wanna solve it before then. ![]() First thing I'd try is changing Java versions...some people have had connection problems with both 1.6.0_01 & _02. Use this one instead, take the JRE offline installer & remove any existing Java versions before you install this one. Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11 If that's no help, can you give us all this info (sorry for any repeat questions)?
