Unable to connect

Used to have no problem connecting but recently had a problem with connecting to the internet which BT took 6 weeks to resolve. Since then have not been able to connect to Limewire (although this may be coincidental as I didn't try straight away). Thought I would start again so have just downloaded 4.14.8.

Am running on XP with BT Voyager wireless router. Have ZoneAlarm (basic) and think from what I have read on this forum that the firewall may be the problem (firewall symbol showing on Limewire and only one bar of connection). Have tried to follow instructions to get ZoneAlarm to allow Limewire through but am now totally confused. I've found the bit where I can add a Host/site/IP address to ZonAlarm but haven't got a clue what to enter. Am I on the right track and what do I do now?
