cant connect

I recently moved in my college dorm and havn't been able to connect since then...i had no problems connecting prior to this. When it opens it just says you are currently connecting to the network.

5. i believe cable? alls i had to do was plug an ethernet cable from my tower into a jack in the wall

9. not positive but i think comcast provides the internet service for the school

14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? Not Known
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Avg free edition
