The only person who seems to be flaming is you darbea. Considering the very large number of posts that get dealt with here everyday, the helpers do an amazing job. And yes it's up to those seeking help to supply the information needed to help them. We can't do it for them. And without it ... we can't help much. Now back to the topic.

More information required. Most high speed routers have internal NAT firewalls. That is most likely the issue here. Whilst some have UPnP abilities that allow a UPnP capable program like LW to communicate with it to open any port required, not all routers have UPnP abilities & some that do don't have very good implementations of it (poor coding or else, uses different protocol.)

So that's why it's so important to know what brand & model of router. I saw the person mention Westell. If that's their router, then most Westell devices are best run with port forwarding. ;) :)

The questions that you have answewred "huh" to shows that you are in deep trouble, you are going to have to learn about them or hire someone to sort your equipment out.

OK, now you need to click the link below and follow the instructions to Bmxguy in my previous post. However, may I suggest that you dig out your modem manual first of all and read through it two or three times or at least until you can understand what you are reading:
