Limewire Pro Crashes While Downloading
I have used Limewire Pro for quite some time now and never had any connection problems.
Recently, the program began crashing. I didnt change anything on my computer...at least not that I'm aware of. I am able to start downloading files, but this lasts for maybe 5 0r 10 mins. The program freezes and crashes. I have to use conrl/alt/delete to to close the Limewire and restart it. This has been ongoing for about a month. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Try these fixes...
Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version.... Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11 If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder/s... Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should LimeWire Pref Folder in Vista
