Default My Limewire worked before

My Limewire has been working for sometime. I've transfered many songs over to ITunes. I probably have 1,000 songs on my Limewire.
Now I have a brick wall in front of the globe at the bottom of the page and want to know how to get rid of it, as I can no longer download. All I know is that this is a Dell desktop PC, windows XP, bought 2 years ago. I have a 3 meg cable modem. Its the Dell EXP or something like that.
