 Are you able to connect with LW at all? Most colleges & universities block or shape p2p programs nowadays. Oops missed your thread title. Disable Ultrapeer capabilities for a start. Go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Performance & disable UP. For uploads & download slots, keep them limited but not at zero else that will affect your performance. Bittorrent settings are 4 & 6 for uplds & downlds. You may wish to halve this. I am not sure if that will affect b.t. performance or not.  |
