Question LimeWire Won't Load!?

I never tried out LimeWire before, so I thought I'd might,

I downloaded the latest Windows Version, and no errors occured while downloading, everything went smoothly. The when its all downloaded, I click on LimeWire and the Loading screen pops up, but once it hits
12% Loading HTML Files ( <-- Something like that) it stops there, and never advances. I really have no clue what's happening, my computer meets all the LimeWire requirments for download, so if anyone could help me out that would be great =)

First time on these forums btw

I also have the same problem - I have tried loading limewire v 4.14.8. and have Vista HP edition. Everytime it is launched, the program starts but freezes at 12% loading HTML files - also when doing ctrl, alt, del is not recognised as an aplication but is listed as a process. - Any advice appreciated - I thought I heard that Limewire is not Vista (Home Premium) compatible?? - Is that right or any other ideas how to resolve this? Have already tried uninstalling & reinstalling to no avail
