Blue bars?
The downloading bars that are usually brown (disconnected) or green (connected) down the bottom of the page turn light blue...What does light blue mean?

That you have a Tubo charged connection. You may also be an Ultrapeer when you see this. Just means that you have a fast connection. To check UP status go to connections tab and will see about 60 hosts your connected to.
