![]() I thought Bandwidth Shaping merely controlled volume. Didn't know it could only affect P2P traffic. Ok, with this said, is there a workaround? I think I remember seeing a posting on the subject in one of the "Sticky" posts. I'll pop over to see if there's something there that's applicable. BRB. |

![]() Mr IO Thanks for the assist. Sorry, can't help with "MS .net", I just don't know enough about it. However, have you thought of uninstalling the "update", your PCs environment may have been irrevocably changed by it but "uninstalling" still may be worth a try. UK Bob |

![]() Igotem You may have to delete your LWs preference file/folder, you will loose all your current LW settings and have to re-enter them again but it will get rid of any corruption that may have occured. ![]() Hey UK, Yeah, that's a great thought. I'll give it a go. This is one of those times that I wish I hadn't disabled my Windows restore points, or I'd just drop back to an earlier config. BTW, tried to set up a proxy per the "Sticky" post at the top of this forum and that didn't work either, so I'm still stuck like Chuck. Any and all suggestions welcome! Thanks for the input UK. |

![]() BTW, UK, I've deleted my preferences folder several times now (one of the fixes I found in the forum), but the only thing it changes is that I have to re-enter the values next time I start LW... Just wanted to let you know that I've tried that one. Thanks anyway. |

![]() HAHAH I GOT IT TO WORK.. I GOT IT TO WORK.. YAY! Something must've been installed or something in the past two weeks to block all P2P sharing. Maybe it IS a Windows update. All I know is that LW will never ever be shut down again. |
