I'm unable to connect I upgraded to Limewire Pro, the newest version, and paid $21.95. It keeps saying "starting connection", and never connects. I've had Limewire before, and never had any problems. I have Norton, but already typed the exception in there, so that's not the problem. Please tell me how to fix this, or give me my money back. Thank you.
I've gone to the connection problems threads and tried the things on there, to no avail. Deleting LW from my documents and settings has not worked. I'm on Windows XP, with LW version 4.14.1 Pro, and Java 1.6.0_03. I've already gone into both my Windows firewall, and Norton AntiVirus and posted exceptions. Since nothing has worked, I want my money back. Please tell me how to go about doing this. I used my debit card.
