 Help (won't connect after reinstall) My operating system crashed and I had to reinstall limewire. After setting all firewall and system specs it still won't connect! Any help out there?  |

| Try the advice in this thread. Make sure that you read the whole thread first, then go back to the start & try the fixes  all of a sudden will not connect First of all, delete LW's preferences folder & update/change Java...they're often the things that will fix a connection problem with a minimum of fuss, especially after reinstalling or upgrading LW. |
