Obvious Thing....(Is there a patch available)
I think it's pretty obvious that the makers of Limewire need to create some kind of big damned patch to fix this problem. Does anybody know if there's one in the works? Are they even aware of how much of a problem this is for a lot of people?

I seriously doubt it, maybe the next update will fix things..
They don't release patches, just new updates...
