![]() Hi everyone, I recently moved from a 5-year old Sony Vaio notebook running LimeWire to the following: HP Compaq 5700 Microtower Intel Dual Pentium PC Microsoft Windows Professional 2002 SP2 McAfee VirusScan 12.0.176 McAfee Personal Firewall 9.0.136 The firewall allows full access to LimeWire. Upon migrating, I downloaded LimeWire 4.10.14. It worked. However, for the last couple of days whenever I start LimeWire 4.10.14, it stops at: 12% Loading HTML Engine and never goes anywhere. It just sits there. I have uninstalled LimeWire 4.10.14, redownloaded LimeWire 4.10.14, and reinstalled the redownloaded version a number of times, including rebooting the entire system at various stages inbetween. I'm not sure but the problem may have started after I installed the software for my Creative Zen Vision "M" series MP3 player. Is anyone aware of a conflict between this and my LimeWire version? Is there anything else I should be looking for? I appreciate any and all help I can get. Jules |

![]() Try the advice here: stuck @ 12 %(loading HTML engine...) Some of that advice might be aimed at Vista users, but updat1ng Java & deleting the preferences folder will hopefully fix things for you ![]() |
