Had no problem for a long time about staying connected now I can't stay connected for more than 10 minutes at a time????????

Are you downloading files when the connection dies, or does it happen even of you've got no downloads going?

To disable ultrapeer capabilities in new versions, tools > options > advanced > performance. You can also try disabling Mojito DHT capabilities on the same options page & see whether that helps:)
