hello fellow limewire people-

it is my 1st time here and i am REALLY hoping you guys can help me a.s.a.p.!

the (error) message i am getting is: 'limewire is currently connecting to the network. your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network.'

well, i left it on for hours and kept trying, and all my searches keep a red 'x' with no information. i uninstalled limewire 4.12.something and downloaded 4.14.10 2x. my old library still shows up (is that supposed to happen? if so, sweet!), but it is doing the exact same thing.

i clicked 'disconnect' and then 'connect'. i have no idea what's going on but please help as i need it now!

thank you very much for the information, birdy. i did everything in the instructions (java, limewire folder, gnutella.net), and nothing worked. limewire stopped working after i did a major computer clean-up. i think i cleaned it up 2 much!

can anyone please help?? i need to download alot of music fast, and i am STUCK!

hi teenza , sorry i cant help you ,i am having the exact same problem myself.

same here one day limewire died to 1 bar connectivity and wont move again, used to work fine, same error message, tried bearshare and that just sits there wsaying queued on anything i try to dl even if only 1 there, getting irritating anyone help us? tried all the forum tricks and tips etc to solve probs nothings worked

I have the same error and I have been trying EVERYTHING....and I still can't seem to get Limwire to find any searches or anything.....has anyone tried sending an email to the people who own Limwire?

i have...i sent them 2 e-mails with no replies....
