Default Limewire connection problems AGAIN!

Just got a new laptop, and it is networked with my desktop. I can connect OK to Limewire OK on the OLD destop, but I can't on the NEW laptop. Very frustrated! What is happening? The laptop BRIEFLY was able to connect Limewire, but never since then. I have programmed exceptions for the two firewalls, Windows and McAfee.

Help!!

Thumbs down welcome to the same old song

The firewall block is now a weekly occurrence. Haven't heard from anyone who knows anything about it so I figure they don't have an answer. Yes, I've been through the whole process (the endless list) and I don't want to do that again. This functions about as well as our federal govt.

Default Connection problems

Hi Tomcat:

It makes me feel better to know that someone else is being ignored, but it doesn't solve our problem. It's too bad that Limewire itself won't step up and directly help to solve such a critical problem with their product. Oh, well!
