hello all (not fully connected to network)
i have downloaded the latetest version of limewire basic for windows xp. i have my firewalls set to allow all limewire operations in Norton internet securities 2008 and in Windows Firewall. i can start limewire, get to the search box , but it wont give any results. i get a message saying i am not fully connected to the network. and despite that i have my security programs set to allow limewire i still have the ''globe and firewall'' icon in the bottom left corner. How do i repair this. i've had limewire for years and never had a problem.

See whether any of the fixes here work.
If LW Will Not Connect I nothing there helps, post back with your system details.
