Smile Wondering why you have 1 bar and a firewall in front of the bars

Here is suggestion that might help somebody with 1 bar and firewall in front of the bars, this might help you, after almost 2 weeks of trying to look for a reason why i only had 1 bar and why it keep showing the firewall, follow these instructions below and see if it works on your side,it did for me and now i am enjoy my music and also my kid is enjoy her music on her laptop cause she had the same problem,i am not sure if it works on all windows,i just know it works on windows vista home basic and also i am not sure if it will work for everybody,i believe it only works if you have firewall, just give a try,you are not going to install or download nothing, just change your inbound and outbound status on your firewall, most connection problems has to do with firewall, you need to go to administrate tools to change the inbound and outbound status and the only way i know how is have you follow my way.
1-go to START
2-go where says HELP AND SUPPORT
3-type ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS on the search bar
4-go where reads WHAT ARE ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS,then click on it,click again where says CLICK TO OPEN ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS,it wil open a page with few options to choice, click where says FIREWALL WITH ADVANCED SECURITY,then a window opens and then click where says WINDOWS FIREWALL PROPERTIES,small window opens and on top taps will show names like DOMAIN,PRIVATE AND PUBLIC,if you have private or public domain click on 1 then bottom where says firewall state needs to be ON,inbound and outbound needs to be ALLOW,hope this helps, please let me know,as i said before, not sure what windows it works, but does not hurt to try,its your choice.

On my winxp home, I click Start Menu, Control Panel, Windows Firewall Icon(near the bottom), then click Off & OK. I generally run my firewall with LW access granted though.
